Are you online only? At this time, we are present online and on social media platforms. We hope to have a shop someday in the near future.

Do you do in person events? At this time, you may find us at local trade shows and events. We also do home parties and events on a case-by-case basis. Check out our events page for what’s coming up!
Are your crystals ethically sourced? Yes! Our crystals are hand selected through vendors and mines whom we have vetted and have a solid relationship with. Your crystals and unique items come from vendors who take great pride in treating the earth with care and respect when sourcing your crystals out of the ground. We also seek to ensure that their employees are taken care of and are paid appropriate wages.
Are your crystals real? Yes! We vet each of our suppliers and know that the crystals we are offering you are real. On occasion, some crystals may have been heat treated or dyed, which you will see under each product description. That won’t take away from the fact that our crystals are real, however, we will always be honest and let you know if a piece has gone through any altering process. We often go to Denver, and the Tucson gem shows to buy our inventory from reputable suppliers and mines from around the world. We select each piece with love and care, and want you to feel confident you are receiving what you are paying for.
Do you offer gift cards? Yes, we do! Please check out the gift card tab on our website to find out more.
How long does it take for you to ship items? We will have your item ready to ship within 1-3 business days. You can select the shipping option of your choice at time of checkout.
What is your return policy? We will accept returns on eligible items within 14 business days of receiving your items. Please see detailed Return Policy on our website.
How do I earn crystal credits/rewards? You earn crystal credits every time you make a purchase. You may also earn crystal credits for doing a review and also get crystal credits for anyone you refer to our store who makes a purchase. More information can be found on our rewards program on our website.
How do I check my crystal credits rewards balance? You will get an email with your points. Also you will see them at check out.
How can crystals help me? Crystals have been used for alternative healing for thousands of years. Holding crystals, wearing crystals, placing them on or around the body and in your immediate environment promotes spiritual, emotional, and physical healing. Crystals do this by positively interacting with the body’s energy field or “chakras”. They allow the positive energy within them to flow into the body and do away with negative, toxic energy. Every crystal has its own unique vibration and frequency which is dependent on their molecular composition. The vibrations and frequencies within a crystal work to help and uplift our moods, mind, physical and spiritual health. How do I see what is in my cart? Click on the cart icon just under where you log in; above the search bar. Then when you check out you will see your products, the cost of the products, or you may continue browsing.
